Registration Policy
How to register:
Registration forms may be brought in, mailed or faxed. Registration form and fee should be received 2 weeks in advance of the start date of workshop or program. Late registration may be accommodated, subject to availability.
Workshop Time:
- Day workshops are from 9:00 am- 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm
- Evening workshops are Monday - Saturday from 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm
- Weekend workshops meet on Saturdays from 9:00 am - 4:00 pm
- Being punctual is essential. Please arrive on time.
Practice Time:
- Practice Time is free and subject to the availability of computer labs.
- Open labs on Fridays and Sundays from 9 am to 9 pm.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:
Registrants may reschedule or cancel individual workshops or programs, in writing, one week prior to the start date. A one time rescheduling is allowed and is subject to the availability of the workshop or program. Registrants will be liable for the total fee if cancellation occurs less than one week before the workshop or program begins. Individual workshops within a program cannot be cancelled or rescheduled.
American Computer Utopia (ACU) reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a workshop, program or a portion of a program. In the event that this happens, the participant has the option of attending the next workshop or receiving a refund if the participant decides not to attend. All refunds due to the registrants will be paid a month from the time of cancellation or rescheduling.
