Oracle Certified Database Application Developer (OCDBD)
Note: This is a Contract Program only offered to individuals from corporations, organizations, and government agencies.
Oracle Certified Application Developer was developed by Oracle Corporation to certify professionals who can demonstrate the depth of knowledge and hands-on skills required to support Oracle's products. This certification is for application developers who use Developer 2000 to program both in client/server and Web environments.
What are
the Prerequisites for Oracle Certified Database Application Developer?
Prior to OCDBD workshops the applicants have
to know Computer Knowledge Essentials and Programming Logic. An applicant without the above
knowledge will find it very difficult to proceed. The Programming Logic is highly recommended as a
prerequisite for OCDBD students.
To become a Certified OCDBD the candidate has to pass five tests. These tests are designed to evaluate the skills of the candidates in SQL,PL/SQL, Develop PL/SQL Program Units, Developer/2000 Build Forms I, Developer/2000 Build Forms II, Developer/2000 Build Reports. Our workshops are designed to help the applicants to acquire the required hands-on skills and knowledge to successfully pass these tests. The exams are administered by Sylvan Prometric™ an independent testing organization, with locations worldwide. You can take your tests at American Computer Utopia.
